Kim Kardashian is only newly engaged but already there are a horde of designers interested in styling her dream dress.
Every dress is unique but all have one common theme which is ensuring the 33-year-old’s famous curves are displayed at their very best.
Red carpet favourite Reem Acra designed a stunning gown with an open back and elaborate train.
Ines di Santo toyed with the idea of a wedding black dress creating a high fashion look, ‘The signature mermaid style would compliment Kim’s curves and the organza layers float behind the bride evoking feeling of sublime lightness,’ explained mother-daughter design team Ines and Veronica Di Santo.’
Our very own Don O’Neill from Kerry, Creative Director of couture label Theia, has also designed a dreamy dress.
A Swarovski crystal embellished strapless gown featuring a curve-hugging mermaid silhouette and blush pink lining, this truly is a dream dress.
‘Having gone the traditional route with her last wedding, she can now feel free to try color,’ said Don.
‘The skirt has a blush pink lining, and the ivory flowers on the skirt are delicately tipped with blush pink.’
Jessica Williams of Alvina Valenta opted for colour too, choosing to sketch floral embellishments in yellow and pink with blush undertones.
Others opted more a more traditional look, Angel Rivera was intent on complementing the star’s post pregnancy body.
‘Kim has been working very hard to get into shape after baby North. I designed a gown that shows her figure and hugs her beautiful curves.’
Hayley Paige also opted for a softer wedding dress design. The designer sketched a lace-embellished mermaid gown design with a beautiful cathedral-length veil.
