Three Irish authors have been nominated for the coveted IMPAC Dublin Literary Award.
The Irish nominees include Donal Ryan’s “The Spinning Heart”, “The Testament of Mary” by Colm Tóibín and “The Light of Amsterdam” by David Park.
The international award is the largest literary prize in the world, with the winner receiving €100,000.

Previous winners include Kevin Barry, Jon McGregor and Colum McCann. The shortlist will be announced on 9th of April of next year, and the Lord Mayor of Dublin will announce the winner on the 12th of June.
