Prince William and his wife Kate stunned waiting commuters when they turned up at a London train station this morning in support of London Poppy Day.
There was an air of great excitement in Kensington High Street station as the royal couple arrived and onlookers crowded among each other to try and get a glimpse of the famous pair.
Kate and William made an effort to speak to the servicemen and servicewomen selling poppies in the station.
Poppy Day is now in its 8th year and it commemorates those who have died in the line of duty.
The couple reportedly arrived at the train station on board the Poppy Bus, which is travelling around London as part of the Royal British Legion tour.

The royal couple shocked commuters when they arrived at the train station
Their bus had earlier stopped at Downing Street, where Prime Minister David Cameron showed his support for the cause.
Kate was dressed for the cold, in a red coat by one of her favourite designers L.K. Bennett, and William wore a smart suit.
Commuters couldn’t believe their eyes when they saw the famous royals with one Twitter user writing, “Saw the Duchess of Cambridge on the morning commute. In the actual flesh.”
