A “highly intoxicated” woman who passed out while breastfeeding her 2-month-old daughter has been charged with manslaughter.
Yadina Indira Morales, who is 22, was intoxicated when she passed out on her daughter, according to the Huffington Post.
The woman has now been charged with manslaughter, second-degree child abuse, reckless endangerment and other lesser charges.

The Washington County police were called to the woman’s house in Hagerstown, about 70 miles northwest of Washington D.C., at 7am where the baby was found to be unresponsive. The baby,whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead when she arrived at Meritus Medical Centre.
The cause of the baby’s death hasn’t yet been reported.
According to the sheriff’s office, the woman was taken to the same hospital to undergo an evaluation.
Morales posted bail on Saturday and has been released from detention, according to ABC2.
