Singer Lily Allen has suffered an allergic reaction to the green body paint she wore as part of her Halloween costume.
28-year-old Allen attended a charity event on Thursday night in the guise of an terrestrial, wearing a green sequinned dress, leopard print tights and green bodypaint.
The Halloween party was in aid of the United Nation’s Children’s Fund (UNICEF) fundraiser for Syrian refugees.
The Smile singer, who also performed a duet with former Take That star Robbie Williams at the event, has since broken out in a rash and tweeted that she had suffered a bad reaction to the paint.

She wrote, “It’s Saturday night and I’ve had a bad reaction to the green paint from Halloween, my face is covered in hives.”
On a career break since 2010, this event marked one of her first public appearances since returning to the music scene.
Lily has two children, Ethyl Mary and Marnie Rose with husband Sam Cooper, a builder and decorator.
