A woman has died after being attacked by two dogs in a house in Cheshire.
The 43-year-old woman was mauled by the dogs at the house on Graham Road, Widnes on Tuesday evening, Cheshire Police have said.
BBC News reports that the woman was found in a “serious condition” at approximately 5.15pm. Paramedics were unable to save her.
Police have informed the woman’s next of kin of her passing.
It is not yet known if the dogs belonged to the woman.
The investigation is ongoing.
