A boy has died after falling ill in a school gym in Kildare.
The 15-year-old student became unwell in the gym of the Clane school yesterday.
He was taken to Crumlin Children’s Hospital by emergency services. He was later pronounced dead.
Gardaí have launched an investigation into the boy’s sudden death.
A postmortem is due to take place over the coming days.
