A woman died at a house in Donegal overnight.
Gardaí have said they are investigating the circumstances surrounding the woman’s death.
The woman, believed to be in her late 20s, was pronounced dead at the house in Forest Park, Killygordan, Co Donegal in the early hours of this morning.
A man in his 20s has been arrested and is currently being held under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 in Letterkenny Garda Station.
A post-mortem is expected to take place and the Garda Technical Bureau will carry out an examination of the scene later today.
