The dress code is very different.
It sounds like Princess Eugenie’s wedding is going to be a very posh affair as the dress code for her big day sounds very strict altogether.
Earlier today, Buckingham Palace shared details of the bridal party and who is involved although for now, we have no idea what theme will be chosen for their outfits.
However, we do have an inkling about what the wedding guests will wear because there seems to be a couple of rules in place.
Yes, female guests have been given guidelines about what to wear and the same goes for males and although this was also the case at Meghan and Harry’s wedding, it’s a lot stricter for Princess Eugenie’s big day.

According to Town & Country, the dress code for women is the same as the royal wedding in May (dresses and hats FYI) but there’s a bit more to it for men.
For Harry and Meghan’s wedding, men were asked to wear “uniforms, morning coats, or lounge suits” while for Eugenie’s wedding, there is only one option and that’s a morning coat.
The reason for this is thought to be because Harry served in the military and so this was given as an option while lounge suits were offered as a more casual option.
A lounge suit basically refers to a traditional suit jacket and trousers while a morning coat involves a longer jacket, knee-length to be specific, a waistcoat and matching trousers.
Anyway, the wedding takes place this Friday, 12 October and there’s sure to be a lot of GLAM. Given that Robbie Williams and Ayda Field’s daughter Theodora is a bridesmaid (which came as a major surprise to us), there could be other secret celebrity connections that we’re not aware of…
