Russian authorities reckon women with small boobs have a “physical defect”.
The comment was made during an official ruling on a complaint over a billboard.
Said billboard showed a women using a tape measure on her small breasts, with a shocked face.
I mean, you couldn’t make this shit up.
The tagline that came alongside this small-boobied (coined a new phrase) women said: “small prices and lots of complexes.”
So naturally, the billboard received criticism for body shaming women… rightly!
The service dealing with the complaint did indeed agree that it used an “offensive image of women”.
However, it still managed to insult women with small boobs everywhere…
