For just one weekend only, Dublin’s Eatyard is being transformed into the most delicious Baileys experience.
The street food hotspot will get their tasty makeover, dubbed the Baileys Treatyard, for November 10, 11, and 12.
Baileys’ grown-ups only experience will follow in the footsteps of their other partnerships across the globe, before returning home for the unique pop-up experience for Irish locals and visitors alike.
As for what’s on the menu, expect some delicious goodies from Mr Holmes Bakehouse, the team San Francisco’s famous Cruffin, as well as some sweet treats from Dublin churro and hot chocolate food truck MOLCi.
Gourmet meringue and marshmallow maker Delish Melish will also be there, as well the mouth-watering Zuko’s Bakery.
London-based Lily Vanilli will also be at Treatyard, while a host of new Irish partners have been confirmed, including The Flour Artist, Bear Lemon, Bean and Goose and Just Wing It.
Mr. Holmes Bakehouse commented:
“While we’ve always been intimate with Baileys Irish Cream, our love affair has never before gone public.
“Some will see this revelation as an international conspiracy to merge our croissants with their liquor, and they will not be wrong.
“We are proud to finally bring Mr. Holmes Bakehouse to the hearts and minds (and mouths) of the people of Ireland.
“So, let them talk.”
Meanwhile, at the bar, there’s going to be some ‘Don’t Mind if I Baileys’ inspired drinks, ranging from Baileys over ice to the ultimate Baileys freakshake.
Orla Nagle, Baileys Global Culture Manager, said:
“As a small delicious treat, Baileys is very much centred on playful indulgence.
“We’re excited to see this come to life through our collaboration with the team at Eatyard.
“We’re inviting lovers of both Baileys and treats to come down and try the amazing creations made especially for Treatyard by some of the best Irish, British and American treat makers, shakers and bakers.
“From churros to croissants and Baileys cocktails to freakshakes, it’s set to be a weekend not to be missed!”
Baileys Treatyard will take place from 3-10pm on November 10 and 11, and from 2-8pm on November 12 2017.
