Talk about a blast from the past.
Back in the ’90s one of our favourite TV shows was Sweet Valley High. It was based around twins, Elizabeth and Jessica Wakefield, from the fictional town of Sweet Valley in California.
The main characters were played by Brittany and Cynthia Daniel. Cynthia hasn’t appeared in many shows or movies since the show ended, but Brittany has remained in the public eye with smaller roles in the likes of Black-ish and White Chicks.
Sweet Valley High was based on the book series by Francine Pascal and now it’s set for the big screen.
There has been no word yet if Brittany and Cynthia will reprise their roles.
According to Deadline, Paramount already have already signed up writers Kirsten Smith and Harper Dill to create the script.
