Is this too much? Former Spice Girls member Geri Halliwell has paid thousands for a documentary about herself, it has been reported.

The singer has enlisted the help of popular YouTuber Tom Magnus to film her documentary as she attempts to go about her daily life and relaunching her music career.

According to a source, Halliwell doesn’t want to do a serious documentary but “more a tongue-in-cheek” one that also touches on her being a mum.

“Geri has always wanted her own TV show. Her Fellow Spice Girls Mel B and Victoria Beckham have both had documentaries made about them and it’s something Geri has been dying to do for years,” the source revealed to the Daily Mirror.

“Geri knows what she wants and she’s decided to do it herself.”

The source explained: “She is really excited about this new project and if she can pull it off, it’s another dream fulfilled.”

Halliwell formerly known as Ginger Spice, performed her new single Half of Me on Australian TV series, Footy Show.
