Johnny Wells has been fighting chronic obstructive pulmonary disease for years, and his time with his daughter is limited.
“I came up with the idea to have a little ceremony where she could make promises to be faithful to the man she would marry,” Wells told American television station KCTV.
Nakeol promises to wait for a man worthy of her and to wear the ring her father presents to her always.
