Maggie Kinsella, distraught sister of Chloe, has written a touching tribute to her sister.
She told the Irish Mirror that she hoped Chloe would find peace alongside Sophie, her little sister who died of pneumonia at just four years old in 2004.
The letter reads: “My sister Chloe was a beautiful 15-year-old that loved life.
“She always looked her best with her hair and make-up, she was perfection.
“She was an excellent dancer, she did loads of competitions and won all the time.
“My sister could have been a model, she was the total package.
“Words [can’t] describe how we feel over her loss. She can join my sister Sophie in heaven. She means the world to me.”

Maggie’s touching letter to her sister Chloe
Yesterday marked the end of the search for Chloe when her body was found in the River Shannon.
Linsey, another sister of Chloe, identified the body as more than 100 people witnessed her tragic screams.
“I never thought I’d be seeing this day. Chloe, I was waiting for you to come home or even ring my phone.
“Thanks to everyone who helped to find her. She never knew how much she was really loved,” said Linsey.
Chloe, 15, had been missing for six days when her remains were discovered in the River Shannon, at Brown’s Quay, a short distance from the Kinsella family home in Kileely, Limerick.
It is believed that Chloe took her own life.
Mum Shirley said: “I just don’t understand… She seemed so happy. She was such a good kid.”
