12-year old Maddox Pitt was reading an article on a friend’s phone when he noticed references made to actress Jennifer Aniston.
Sources close to his father Brad Pitt, say Maddox went home and asked what the mysterious Jennifer had to do with his parents.
He went home and asked his mum: “Who’s Jen?”‘ reveals the source.
“Angie was stunned and her natural reaction was to run out of the room.”
Angelina and Brad then argued over how to tell their children about Brad’s ex-wife Jennifer.
“Angie went beserk and said he was stupid not to have explained it all to the kids before they read about it.
“In the end, Brad was forced tell Maddox what happened,” adds the source.

49-year old Brad has always maintained his marriage to Jennifer (44) was over when he began his relationship with Angelina.
However, rumours were rife that the romance between the pair started on the set of their movie Mr & Mrs Smith, because of the obvious chemistry they shared.
