The 39-year-old skipped merrily along to his car after leaving Californian restaurant, Dominicks, on Wednesday evening.
The pair were first spotted together back in April and have been rumoured item since their performance together at the Academy Awards earlier in the year.
The 38-year-old actress made a much more subtle exit, trying to remain as low-key as possible leaving her date.
