The pop star, who has been hitting the headlines a lot recently, was snapped outside a hotel in Paris chatting to and signing autographs for fans.
Her cropped do is slicked back and looks a lot darker than usual in the video which was uploaded to YouTube.
Miley stepped out in Paris with a darker do this week.
The change in style comes after more cheating rumours surrounding her fiancé, actor Liam Hemsworth.
Earlier this week it was reported that the Hunger Games star was getting cosy with “a random brunette” at club Bungalow 8 in Toronto.
On top of that a source claimed that he is still sexting actress January Jones following their alleged hook-up at an Oscars party earlier this year.
His representative has denied the claims. They told Page Six: “There is no truth whatsoever to any of this.”
