Actress Rutina Wesley has filed for divorce from her husband of eight years Jacob Fishel.
The True Blood star apparently cited irreconcilable differences as the reason behind the split.
According to reports she has also asked that the judge reject any claims Jacob makes for spousal support.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2005 having met as students at The Julliard School, separated in July of this year. They have no children together.
Wesley is best known for playing Tara Thornton in hit HBO series True Blood.
Rutina Wesley and Jacob Fishel have been married for eight years.
