Yes, you’ve read that correctly, there’s an opening at Buckingham Palace but sadly it’s not as a member of the Royal family.
The British Monarchy website is advertising a job opening for a Housekeeping Assistant. But how do you know if this job is for you? Well as part of the housekeeping team at the palace you’ll carry out a range of duties including:
- the cleaning and presentation of accommodation;
- the care of antiques and specialist cleaning;
- meeting, greeting and guiding guests at functions and events.
You’ll also be reporting to the Master of the Household’s Office (how fancy!). Maybe you’ll get a glimpse of the royal baby.
