This afternoon, July 31st, a shock announcement was made by Newstalk, Pat Kenny had not only quit RTE but was moving to rival station Newstalk.
Kenny is moving to the mid-morning show on Newstalk from 10am to 12.30pm, which will begin on September 2nd.
Chris O’Donoughue caught up with the broadcaster today to discuss how he felt about the move and what it is like to leave the national broadcaster.
