Medics in an Ibiza hospital were forced to enlist the help of firefighters to free a German man from a sex toy earlier last week.
The man in question had to be cut out of a metal ring, which was described as a type of “armour plating” into which he had placed his testicles and penis, according to The Local.
It took the emergency services two hours, two changes of battery and a second rotating blade for their saw to free the man in question.

The paper described the two procedure as “very complex” as the man became “more swollen” over time.
The German apparently complained a lot during the procedure.
Eventually, the emergency services were forced to administer a total anaesthetic and only called the fire brigade when they realised they didn’t have the tools for the procedure.
After a night in hospital, the man was discharged and was reported to be fine.
It is unknown how he made it to the hospital.
The firefighters confirmed it was not the first time they had to remove someone from a sex toy but that they had never seen one like this.
