Buckingham Palace has revealed that the Queen’s granddaughter Zara Phillips and her sports star hubby Mike Tindall are expecting their first child together.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2011, will apparently be welcoming the new arrival in the New Year.
The statement read: “Mr and Mrs Mike Tindall are very pleased to announce that Zara Tindall is expecting a baby in the new year.
“The Princess Royal and Captain Mark Phillips, Mr Phillip and Mrs Linda Tindall, and members of both families are delighted with the news.”
And that’s not the only baby news that’s likely to come this week. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s baby is due in the coming days.
The couple got married two years ago.
