Chezza, who turned 30 on Sunday, partied the night away with boyfriend Tre Holloway and Girls Aloud band mates Nicola and Kimberly. The Music Mogul purchased the singer a Scottish land deed, officially making her a lady.

Putting behind them that little issue of sacking her from X Factor USA, the pair are back to being BFFs and Cowell took to his Twitter to dismiss accusations of snubbing the Geordie gals birthday bash.
