They’ve changed it up this year.
Everyone thought they had John Lewis sussed. It was predicted that the 2016 Christmas advert would be released last Friday. It was based on the assumption that the retail brand would follow a similar pattern to previous years and release it on the first Friday of November.
We waited patiently and it was a no-show. Then on Monday a cryptic Twitter account tweeted a short teaser of the advert with the hashtag #BounceBounce.
And now, we finally know when we will be able to see the full version. According to Metro, it’s going to air on TV for the first time tomorrow night.
It will be aired on ITV at 9.15pm in the middle of the finale of Paranoid.
The last few years it’s been released online first but it seems they’re changing it up this year. That is, unless they release a version online simultaneously.
Here’s hoping anyway.
