Kate Spade’s 24 Hour Virtual Shop Delights Shoppers in New York

Time to whip out those purses!

It’s virtual shopping at its finest. If only these magical 24 hour shopping experience existed everywhere…

New York designer Kate Spade has come up with an innovative way to market her new brand.

The well-known designer has introduced 24 hour interactive shops that are being displayed in four vacant storefronts across New York as a way to introduce Kate Spade Saturday’s new casual clothing and accessories collection.

To shop all the customer needs to do is interact with the touch screen display outside the four shop fronts where they can browse through Spade’s entire collection and get specific product information.

Shape and fit of each clothing item can then be previewed on model photos.

Then to checkout your goods you just simply enter your mobile phone number. You’ll receive a confirmation text for the customer to approve and a courier will deliver the products within an hour with payment on delivery. Voilá!

This clever initiative has been running since June 8th and will continue until July 7th. Find out more about the Kate Spade collection and see the locations of the shops here.
