Brooke Mueller said she is confident she’ll win back custody of her sons as soon as she leaves rehab.
The 35-year-old American socialite has two kids with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, four-year-old twins Bob and Max.
The twins were taken from her care last month and temporarily placed in Denise Richards’ custody, TMZ reports.
Mueller believes herself and her family will have no problem at this stage trying to convince the judge that she is fit to bring up her own boys.
Brooke also said she is willing for a family member to move in with her and the boys if that’s what it takes to get them back.

Mueller is confident she will get her kids back.
A source close to Brooke told the celebrity gossip website that she believes the court will return the twins to her once she finishes up her 21st stint in rehab.
But others believe the authorities won’t consider giving her sons back before she is able to prove to them that she can stay clean and sober.
The suggested time that this could take is one year. Brooke will be allowed to visit her kids in this time.
Mueller was branded an “unfit mother” by a judge this week after checking out of the Betty Ford Clinic in California to complete her rehab treatment elsewhere.
