Give Yourself Time! Just Five Days Post-Birth And Kim K Has Already Started Shedding The Pounds

Kim Kardashian only gave birth five days ago, but she is already trying to shift the post-pregnancy pounds.

The reality star is still in hospital after the birth of herself and rapper Kanye West’s first child, baby girl Kaidence Donda West, Saturday night.

But Kim is already trying to sort out a gym schedule for when she leaves the hospital. 

“She’s already looking ahead to when she can exercise again,” a source told Us Weekly.

“She really wants to get back into shape. It’s important to her.”

Thirty-two-year-old Kim worked with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson throughout her pregnancy and wants to see if the fitness regime has made a difference to her figure. She is also considering hiring Gunnar Peterson, the Swedish American personal trainer who helped Kim’s younger sister, 28-year-old Khloe, with her recent 25 pound weight loss.

Kim knows she can’t start exercising yet, but has set down the rules on what she wants and doesn’t want in her hospital room.

Visitors are being asked to bring flowers to the celebrity’s bedside instead of sweets or chocolate.

“She has over 30 bouquets from loved ones,” the source continued.

“She told everyone not to bring sweets, she said she doesn’t need any temptations.”

Kim will stay in hospital until herself and Kanye’s daughter, who was born five weeks premature, reaches her goal weight of five pounds.

It was reported that Kim was forced to go into premature labour at the weekend, after being told by doctors that she was most likely suffering from the life-threatening condition of preeclampsia.
