The 20-year-old beat controversial celebrities Amanda Bynes, Rihanna and Lindsay Lohan to the top spot, Female First reports.
Nearly 2,500 parents were polled for the survey. They decided Miley deserved the gold medal due to her overly sexualised image and her inability to make positive life choices. Their words, not ours.
Despite LiLo’s history of rehab and arrests, the actress only came second to Cyrus. Kim Kardashian was voted in at third place.
The troubled Bynes made it to fourth on the list.

And, despite admitting her love of masturbating to her own sex tape, Teen Mom turned porn star Farrah Abraham slotted into the ranks at fifth.
The main reasons parents listed for these ladies making the list was due to their poor life choices, having no talent and being overly sexualised.
As for the men, Chris Brown hit the number one spot, followed by Kanye West in second and Justin Bieber in third place.
