Selena Gomez’s mother has given birth to a baby girl, just a month after the 20-year-old singer shared her mum’s pregnancy news on Twitter.
Gomez’s mother Mandy Cornett reportedly welcomed the little girl into the world in LA yesterday, E! Online reports.
Friends and family were spotted visited the hospital yesterday evening with balloons and flowers. One balloon read, “New Little Princess”.
Mandy Cornett divorced Selena’s father Ricardo Gomez when the singer was just five-years-old and married Brian Teefey in 2006.
Selena shared a snap of herself and her mum on Twitter last month where she has her hand on her mum’s bump and reveals that she is expecting her second child.
The celebrations come two years after Mandy tragically miscarried.
Selena cancelled two scheduled concerts to fly home to her mother at the time.
Now, she is set to kick off her world tour ‘Stars Dance’ in October in the US.
