Irish reality TV star couple Kelly Donegan and Dave Behan have split up.
The Tallafornia stars split amicably and Kelly said now she’s determined to push on with her modelling career. The 24-year-old said she is disappointed but she’s set on turning her life around.
She also said the only man she needs now in her life for a while is Tyson, her beloved boxer dog.
“Breaking up with David is the best thing that ever happened to me. I always try to be super positive about all situations,” she told the Irish Sun.
“I said ‘no’ to so many things in my career and also work in the UK. It sounds silly but at the time I was content in my relationship. Tough times like this make me even more hungry and driven.
“I believe everything happens for a reason and that I am obviously meant to be single at this moment in time. It’s brilliant that I get to focus on my career.
“The only man I need for the next while is my dog Tyson.”

The couple met on the TV3 reality show Tallafornia and have been together for the last two years.
Kelly said she thought it was real love at the start, but reveals that it was just all a fantasy.
“Turns out you can’t find love on a reality TV show. I believed it for two years but now it’s done,” she said.
“I have so many exciting jobs coming up. I am just going to be so focused on work for the next while, I am quite excited about it.
“It’s the start of a new era.”
