A moose has been filmed trying to mate with a bronze statue moose.
According to Metro, the new statue has attracted several moose to the area, all of them pondering upon the unrequited love.
This male moose was intent on getting the statue’s attention; he has tried to mount the statue (which is also male) every morning since the statue was built without fail.
An onlooker has been quoted as saying: “He’s in love. He’s nuzzling, and he kisses and he walks around, and he gets on top of him.”
We guess she’s just playing hard to get (sorry).
