Just one day after her baby shower which she celebrated with new boyfriend Kanye, family and friends, Kim Kardashian has received news that she is officially divorced.
Kim’s marriage to Kris Humphries lasted just 72 days and now, a year and seven months after she filed for divorced, the pair are officially single in the eyes of the law.
The entire affair was held up as Humphries sought an annulment, claiming the entire marriage was a fraud.
The court papers which were obtained by E! revealed the couple appealed for dissolution of marriage, which terminates the marriage and returns both parties to being single.
The rest of the details from the divorce have not been released, but the former couple apparently had a prenuptial agreement.
