Awfully sad.
A man has died in St Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre in Dublin City Centre. It’s believed he died as a result of falling from a height within the centre.
The incident occurred at approximately 4:45pm and the area in the shopping centre has been closed since then. Emergency services and the Gardaí are currently attending the scene where there is said to be an investigation underway.
It is unclear at this point what exactly happened but The Irish Times are reporting that he fell from a stairwell or balcony just inside the main entrance.
