In fairness, he looks flawless.

When you’re in school, yearbook photos can seem more stressful than some of your exams. Yes, it seems ridiculous, but you know these photos are going to be placed on the mantelpiece for all to see, for years and years.

And it’s inevitable, for some reason, that they just wont come out nicely. It’s almost like a rite of passage growing up, to have a bad yearbook picture.

While most people would just accept it and move on, one American high-school student made sure his would come out perfectly.

17-year-old makeup artist James Charles woke up early to get himself looking ‘glam’ for his pictures.

But James didn’t stop there, he also brought his own ring light to get optimum good lighting!

A ring light is usually used in high-fashion photoshoots and make-up tutorials as it creates even light.

Judging by the yearbook photos James shared on twitter, the result was a success.

James’ tweet has been like over 88 thousand times and has been retweeted 34 thousand times. Thousands of people commented on praising the makeup artist for his flawless look, and he’s even caught the attention of actress Zendaya.
