This woman is an absolute HERO.
Of all the things that happen on a wedding day, the church, the meal, the taking of pictures, the speeches always remain the longest and most draining part.
There’s nothing worse than sitting at your table with an empty wine glass listening to someone droning on and on and on in their speech… My eyes droop even remembering weddings gone past.
One woman, however, has taken her wedding speech to the NEXT LEVEL by rapping… at her own wedding.
Newlywed Ina O’Brien spoke to us about how she thought of her incredible speech.
“So I wanted to do a speech for our wedding. One night I was lying in bed, it was 2am and I couldn’t sleep and started writing a speech and was trying to make something rhyme like a poem but couldn’t properly get it together…
“So I went on YouTube and started looking at different stuff and I (sic) seen one done by a maid of honour and just thought…..yeah I’m going to do something like that!!! So some of the lyrics I got from YouTube and others I made myself!!”
The Mayo woman decided to start the party early when she rapped the love story of her and husband Aiden Dwyer… all to the music of Vanilla Ice’s classic hit Ice Ice Baby.
Joined by two groomsmen wearing sunglasses, the badass bride spends a whole two minutes rapping to her husband and the amazed crowd just lap it up.
