A mother of two has spent the past six months crafting a pubic hair dress made from the follicles of strangers.
28-year-old Sarah previously shot to Internet fame for her rainbow coloured Skittles dress, crafted from over 3,000 sweets.
Thrilled by the notoriety the Skittles dress gained her, Sarah was determined to create something bigger, bolder and more vile. Taking to Twitter she asked strangers to donate their hair. The hair is not limited to pubic hair, no follicle is discriminated against.
Sarah told The Mirror that she received thousands of responses.
The former beautician said:
“I decided to make another design following the Skittles dress, I wanted to beat Lady Gaga ‘s meat dress.
“I wanted to beat her at the title of the most disgusting dress so with the help of asking for pubic hair on Twitter.”
She worked tirelessly on the dress, storing it in her child’s bedroom in between sessions.
The materials were so horrendous that the dressmaker was forced to wear breathing and eye masks as well as thick heavy gloves.
“I set to work with my eye mask, breathing mask and thickest gloves I could find, because who wants to eat pubic hair?”
“I thought of the design because of how gross it is. I thought what would be the worst thing to have on your dress” she said.
Sarah is already thinking about her next creation which she is determined to make more vile than this.
“That one will be absolutely vile just like this – from innocent Skittles to this,” she says.
“I love creating wearable art from things no-one else would think of. I pride myself in being the first in the world to create something so unique.”
Thankfully they’re one off pieces and won’t be available on The High Street anytime soon.
