We have been saying for quite a while now that Bradley Cooper has been having a real winning streak. Sure there was the Hangover, but then came Limitless and his last couple of projects have been nothing less than spectacular; an Oscar nominated performance for Silver Linings and outshining Gosling in the Place Beyond the Pines.
Now, Cooper will apparently be working with Spielberg on the new production, American Sniper, according to Slash Film.
Cooper has been working on developing the project for the last year and had initially intended to work with David O. Russell, director of Silver Linings, for the production.

American Sniper is based on the book by Chris Kyle, who had the most recorded kills of any sniper in U.S. history.
Spielberg has now reportedly signed on to direct, which places Bradley at the top of his game.
From the Hangover to Spielberg, not a bad trip.
