A video of a girl on a speed boat has gone viral because it appears to show her vanishing from thin air.
She can be seen sitting on a seat on the boat while it speeds along bumping as it goes. Her hair is flying everywhere and she can be seen holding on tightly.
Then suddenly when there’s a big bump, the camera moves and when it returns she is nowhere to be seen.
At the start of the video, you can see her sitting down.
Then next thing the camera shows the empty seat.

People have been sharing their opinion on the video with some saying that it’s fake. One person said, “It’s edited, the hills on the coast change”.
Others have been totally baffled saying, “Guys, wasn’t there a girl like, right there? I mean right there. Just a second ago. Was I imagining it?”
If you look closely at the hills you will notice that they do change colour slightly, with the initial shot looking cloudy and the second ‘vanishing’ shot with a clear view of them.
Also, the camera angle changes. First, you can see someone’s feet directly below the woman, not necessarily the person filming, but then when it comes back to the empty seat, it’s from a slightly closer angle and there are no feet in the shot.
You could argue that the person filmed gets moved about too but it doesn’t appear to happen judging by the movements seen on the video.
Furthermore, they seem awfully calm for people who just flipped their friend off the back of a boat.
The clip has been viewed over 130,000 times and has left a lot of people scratching their heads. For us, we just think it’s a very good editing job.
