As fans of EastEnders will know, Peter Beale and his girlfriend Lauren Branning left the show last year to live in New Zealand.
Ben Hardy, who played Peter for two years, has gone from Walford to Hollywood and bagged the part of Angel in X-Men: Apocalypse.
The film is due for release later this month and ahead of its launch, Ben has posed for a shoot in FAULT Magazine where he looks seriously slick.
X-Men: Apocalypse has a stellar cast including Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult and Michael Fassbender and Ben appears to have settled in nicely.
Speaking to the publication about leaving EastEnders, Ben said: “I just left really. It’s one of those things you’ve got to just get out there and do otherwise I might find myself waking up in 10 years time wondering what could have been”.

The film lands in Irish screens later this month and judging by the below trailer, it looks like one to watch.
