Self-induced embarrassment whilst drunk is pretty inevitable.
Who amongst us hasn’t sinned and picked up a phone whilst inebriated, inspired by the need to alert everyone on our contacts list to our deepest darkest secrets?
And of course, waking up the next day with the absolute fear and filled with regret is equally as inevitable.
Thankfully, at last, the app gods have developed an app that will prevent drunken messages from being read.
The app, ‘Protect Your Privates,’ includes a recall feature and other security systems to make sure the message is only read by the intended recipient.
Drunken confessions can be avoided thanks to the uber protective recall option that sees unread messages deleted after a period of time. These settings can be adjusted so that unread messages can be deleted after 3 hours, 12 hours or 24 hours.
The website for the app states:
“All messages are encrypted end-to-end. Only the recipient can read them. Screenshot prevention mechanisms prevent recipients from forwarding, copying or saving your messages. Users can feel safe knowing Privates keeps your data not just encrypted away from the reach of hackers but also protects against screenshots. Features such as sending natural reactions, drawing and writing on photos makes Privates multifunctional and fun!”
The messages and images sent are also protected by screenshots through nifty features.
