PICS: ‘Rainbow highlighting’ is our new go-to festival look

We are a liiiiitle bit obsessed with festival season here at Her.ie…

… And we are already in full planning mode.

Festivals are the perfect place to try out some of the bolder makeup trends that aren’t so street-friendly, and this one is definitely on our to-do list.

Spotted on Cosmopolitan, we predict rainbow-coloured cheekbones will be making a strong appearance at Electric Picnic, Longitude, Indiependence and all the rest.

Unfortunately, this is a handmade product and the brainchild of Instagram user Bitter.Lace.Beauty, who DID sell rainbow highlighters on Etsy, but they quickly sold out.

However, we reckon you could totally recreate this look with some shimmery eyeshadows.

Our choice are the wet ‘n’ wild Geo Spectrum Sunrise shadows as they are low pigment and come in a range of gorgeous rainbow colours. Check out their website here.
