This lipliner trick is more effortless and cool than some of the Kylie Jenner inspired looks taking over Instagram, but we are absolutely obsessed with it.
We all know that a sneaky little overline can work wonders if done properly (and subtly).
This means just tracing a nude lipliner along the outer corner of the lip and adjusting as necessary to make sure lips look symmetrical.
However, makeup queen Charlotte Tilbury has a Brigitte Bardot-inspired tip that makes this process a whole lot easier, brought to our attention by Marie Claire‘s Lauren Valenti.
Simply smile when you are applying the liner.
This tightens the area making your natural lip line much more pronounced.
Charlotte explains that doing this shows you “exactly where you should be putting your lip liner”.
