Police in the town of Halberstadt in Germany evacuated a gambling hall and brought in a bomb squad on Tuesday night following reports of a suspect device on the premises.
The Guardian report that a staff member at the casino heard a strange humming noise emanating from a bin, so police were called, clearing 90 people from the building and closing off a nearby street.

Three explosives experts of the Office Of Criminal Investigation in Saxony-Anhalt were called in to examine the contents of the bin only to find that the source of the buzzing was in fact a battery-operated penis ring.
The Independent report that the investigations went on for a solid 3 and a half hours, and police are investigating the potential that this was a hoax situation.
