You pressed the snooze button five times this morning, you should be buzzing with all that extra sleep, right?

Nope.

You might be tired because you opted for the extra few minutes of sleep. It’s a fact.

ASAP Science put the research together and explained the snooze button in a video (above). They say that the snooze button is your sleep enemy, it disrupts your body’s natural rhythms.

It’ll be a tough habit to change… but maybe we should start thinking about it.
