Elton John is Being Sued For Sexual Harassment By Former Security Guard

Elton John is being sued for sexual battery and harassment by a Los Angeles Police Department Policeman who worked for several years as an off-duty security guard for the singer.

According to The LA Times, the lawsuit, filed on Monday, claims that John inappropriately touched security guard Jeffrey Wenninger on multiple occasions between 2002 to 2014. The claim alleges that the incidents “escalated in frequency and intensity after 2010”.

Attorney for John, Orin Snyder said the suit is “baseless” and claims Wenninger is merely “disgruntled”.

“This baseless lawsuit is brought by a disgruntled former security officer seeking to extract an undeserved payment. These claims are patently untrue and contradicted by numerous previous statements made by this plaintiff. We will not give into his latest abuse of the legal system,” said Snyder.

The suit claims incidents occurred in John’s vehicle as he was accompanied to and from home in March and April of 2014. It alleges that while sitting near Wenninger, the 69-year-old singer attempted to place his hand in the security guards pants and grope his genitalia.

The suit quotes John has having said such verbal slurs as “Get your todger out,” “Say hello to Uncle Elton,” “You gorgeous thing you” and “You have so many gay genes in your, they just haven’t met up yet.”

Wenninger claims that he tried to resist physically but it didn’t help. He’s suing for an unspecified amount of money for damages to his pain and suffering, medical bills and lost income.
