Nice guys finish last and we should all feel ashamed of ourselves.
That’s at least the message one guy wanted to get across – using duct tape to stick the posters up all over town.
A tweeter in Toronto decided to take a picture and flag one of the creepiest messages they’ve ever spotted hanging up in posters around town.
The message – which acts as a passive aggressive ode to the nice guy, has now been retweeted nearly 5,000 times in 14 hours:
A 100% non serial killer thing to do is just print this up and put it up all over town with black duct tape pic.twitter.com/jlFV7Yaeoc

The responses are coming in thick and fast:
@Fabi_uk @mitchberghini Sadly, I think that the sentiments it reflects are shared by far too many men to be seen as a joke…

@mitchberghini serious- any guy who tells me “I’m a nice guy” makes me run faster than a doped Olympic track athlete

@Immianthe @mitchberghini also “Give the good guys a chance to help you be less afraid of the world” triggers me the most

@mitchberghini ACTUAL MURDERER

@mitchberghini @SallyStrange Yikes. Pretty sure actual good guys don’t want to “crush the life out of” anybody :S

So it’s safe to say we weren’t the only people creeped out by the sign…
