One Direction’s Louis Tomlinson had an awkward moment on stage in Cardiff last weekend when he forgot the words to a song on the band’s setlist.
The 21-year-old went blank as he stepped forward to perform a solo during the group’s cover of Wheatus’s 2000 (we couldn’t believe it either) hit Teenage Dirtbag, but he took it all in his stride.
“I just forgot the lyrics,” Louis told the screaming crowd.
“I’m not even going to pretend that I know them.”
Louis’s band mates helped him through the embarrassing incident by singing his part for him until he eventually got himself back on track.
