I’m a Netflix junkie.

There, I admit it.

I’ll spend hours a day, watching shows and movies on my laptop, and refusing to be embarrassed by the somewhat judgemental request wanting to know if I want to ‘keep watching’.
Yes, yes I do. I’ve a hot date with a jar of Nutella and I intend on keeping it.

The only bugbear?

Knowing there’s so many more shows and films available for subscribers in other countries.

Now the news all devotees have been waiting for…

The good people at Netflix were speaking at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show when they announced that they were now global.

As well as expanding to another 130 counties, the streaming giant is now unavailable in just four countries worldwide: China, North Korea, Syria and Crimea.

But the most exciting news?

The company hinted that they’re finally at the closing stages of lifting restricted content for users globally.

When questioned by a tweet about the content restrictions, Netflix confirmed they’re finalising plans now for world (streaming) domination:

That’s all of our plans for 2016 sorted so.
