Navigating online dating sites like Tinder and Happn can be tricky enough, without people following you over to Facebook.
But, unfortunately, some people just don’t get the message when you don’t reply to a message or respectively decline a date, and think you will magically change your mind if they just ask you on Facebook instead.
(Yes, people are apparently image searching people to find them on the social media site, needing hardly any details at all. Shudder.)
Well one woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, reckons she has come up with a foolproof way to stop Facebook followers in their tracks.
According to The Metro, she claims that this is the best way to make them realise that following from Tinder to Facebook is not cool.
She says: “It happens a lot but this actually works most of the time.
“It sounds obvious but when you call them out on it, and second guess all their bulls*** replies, they actually respond positively.
“Hopefully next time they actually will wait for someone to reply to them on the app they’re using.
“It’d be better if they actually just didn’t do it but at least this stops them.”
